Two individuals are now facing charges following a luggage theft where a suspected pepper spray caused injuries at the major London air hub.

These accusations come after an probe of an attack at the parking structure at Terminal 3 on the weekend. Earlier that day, two female travelers had their luggage stolen after getting out of a parking garage elevator, according to law enforcement.
